Only being 22, purchasing my first home was an extremely daunting, yet exciting task yet she eased all my concerns and shared in my excitement with me. From the first email she sent back to me all the way up until sitting with me through closing, Jennifer took an unusually difficult process and helped it run as smoothly as possible. She answered every question I had and provided the perfect amount of guidance and advice. After only my first interaction with her, it was extremely easy to tell just how much she cares for her clients, and how much compassion and energy she puts into her job day in and day out. I would recommend Jennifer time and time again, and look forward to working with her again a few years from now when it comes time to purchase a secondary income property!

The second, a property for an estate, was very difficult, with a lot of legal hurdles to jump. She was calm, thoughtful, and thorough in handling the process. She was a pleasure to work with. I chose her twice. I recommend you choose her at least once.

She helped my in-laws find their perfect house when they moved here permanently from New York. Then she helped them sell their other home in Barefoot Bay. She was amazing to work with, she is very kind and very professional, she was always available to answer any questions we had. We felt very blessed to work with Jennifer.
